WELCOME
THE BOARD was formed about 17 years ago to offer Business Owner CEOs, like
yourself, the many advantages of a formal Board of Directors but at a fraction of the time and cost. No one sets policy or bears legal liability; each participant maintains complete control of his or her company.

A typical BOARD consists of 12-14 Owner-Operators who meet once a month to solve each others business problems, improve performance and profitability. Members of each BOARD are carefully selected from non-competing businesses. All members must sign an affidavit of confidentiality. BOARD members provide each other with the most independent, objective and unbiased advice available today. Members pull no punches, they tell you what you need to hear and not necessarily what you want to hear. If you value having access to the minds of other experienced entrepreneurs who, like you, are committed to taking all the important steps to make your enterprise successful and know how lonely it is at the top, then you are a serious candidate for membership in THE BOARD.
